A major milestone beyond London

For the first time, we’re taking our parcel delivery network beyond London, bringing a reliably better delivery experience to new cities, including Bath, Bournemouth, Brighton, Bristol, Portsmouth, Poole, Southampton and Worthing.

In London, we are already redefining what great delivery looks like, with more than 6.5 million parcels delivered for iconic retail partners like Nespresso, Liberty of London, H&M, Gousto and John Lewis, with a 99+% on-time record to prove it.

We’ve been blown away by our retail partner demand to be nationwide, and have been fully operational in these new locations since early September, delivering for several of our existing customers. This is the first step in our wider plan to bring our reliably better service to even more people and businesses across the UK.
