HIVED 2025: A year in review

2025 has been a defining year for HIVED. Over the past twelve months, we have firmly cemented HIVED as the leading carrier on quality in the market, scaling our footprint, strengthening our technology, and continuing to prove that fully electric delivery can perform reliably at scale.

2025 has been a defining year for HIVED.

Over the past twelve months, we have firmly cemented HIVED as the leading carrier on quality in the market, scaling our footprint, strengthening our technology, and continuing to prove that fully electric delivery can perform reliably at scale. Reliability, performance, and sustainability are not trade-offs; at HIVED, they are the baseline.

This progress is driven by our people. The care, professionalism, and pride shown across the team every day is what turns ambition into execution, and I could not be more proud of what we are building together.

Looking ahead to 2026, our direction is clear. The opportunity is huge, and the pace is accelerating. But before we shift into the new year, here are some highlights from 2025 at HIVED.

Commercial growth

2025 marked ongoing, explosive gains in commercial momentum for HIVED.

Demand for our delivery service that is both fully electric and operationally robust continued to rise, and we welcomed a record number of leading retail brands to the HIVED network. These partnerships reflect growing confidence in our ability to meet the complex operational and customer experience needs of modern, multi-channel ecommerce.

Growth was reinforced by deeper relationships with existing partners, as brands increased volumes and expanded coverage with HIVED. Alongside this, we strengthened our ecosystem of investors and strategic partners, enabling us to invest ahead of demand, scale responsibly, and accelerate progress toward our long term ambitions.

Product innovation

Product innovation at HIVED is focused on removing friction and enhancing control across the delivery experience for customers, drivers, and ecommerce partners.

In 2025, we invested further in transparency and accuracy across the delivery journey. Our AI-powered routing engine HIVEDMind became more robust, customer experiences improved through enhanced tracking and notifications, and major upgrades to our driver app and internal tools supported smoother operations, better decision making, and faster issue resolution.

Together, these products operate as a connected system, helping HIVED deliver better outcomes at scale.

Geographic expansions: within London and 8 new locations

In Q1 2025, HIVED strengthened its London operations with the opening of our Hayes, West London depot. This additional site increased capacity across Greater London, improved routing and processing speed, and enhanced network resilience as volumes grew. The Hayes depot provides critical infrastructure to support future growth while maintaining the reliability and service quality that define HIVED.

Later in the year, we expanded into eight new cities and towns, significantly increasing national coverage. The network now spans the wider M25 and South of England, including Brighton, Bristol, Bath, Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton, and Portsmouth. Supported by electric middle mile infrastructure and nationwide collections, this expansion strengthens network density and service consistency across the region.

Electric HGVs and HIVED Haulage

In 2025, HIVED accelerated its expansion beyond the final mile into electric haulage and carrier logistics.

Through our partnership with Mercedes-Benz, we introduced electric HGVs into live operations, laying the foundations for a large, expanded eHGV fleet in 2026. HIVED now operates these 44 tonne eHGVs seven days a week across the UK, delivering scheduled trunking and middle mile services between hubs.

Fully integrated into the HIVED network, electric haulage enables nationwide collections and long distance movements without diesel, and is a critical enabler of our end-to-end electric model at national scale.

Impact

Throughout 2025, HIVED delivered measurable impact across performance, sustainability, and governance.

Our fully electric network maintained consistently high service levels, reflected in strong on time performance, low claims rates, and high customer satisfaction. This continues to demonstrate that sustainability and reliability can be delivered together at scale.

Becoming a certified B Corporation marked a significant milestone for the business, recognising the standards we hold ourselves to across environmental impact, transparency, accountability, and how we treat our people and partners.

Looking ahead

As we look toward 2026, our focus remains clear, and there is still so much more to build.

We will continue to provide phenomenal delivery experiences, scale with discipline, and invest in electric infrastructure and technology, all whilst bringing HIVED deliveries to more and more people.
